In public environments where the facility would like users to interact with displays without assyance a self-directed experience allows users to pick up products or items and see the screen change. In the example below we use a RFID technique.
In this example the RFID is used in a virtual tasting room where a winery would have bottles with RFID tags sitting on a shelf. Aa user would lift the bottle and the display would change and show information about the wine, its aroma, taste, and pairings. Every time a user picks up a bottle the display would change. This technique would allow people waiting for a tasting to be able to interact with the wine without having to wait, it prepares them for the in-person tasting.
The lift and learn is powered by a Nexmosphere Experience Hub and an RFID module connecting to the USB of the player.
